Safety, dignity, and immediate access to justice are non-negotiable rights. This framework integrates the 181 Women Helpline with One-Stop Crisis Centers across districts to ensure rapid, compassionate intervention.

Beyond emergency response, ongoing community campaigns educate women on legal rights, workplace safety, domestic violence protections, and available government support.
